What is included in free access?
Free access lets you try almost everything in CalCal for 10 days, including MTD self-assessment. VAT submission and older XML self-assessment are not included. After 10 days, your records stay available to view until you subscribe.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Go to your personal Membership Account page to manage your subscription.
Can my money be refunded?
Annual subscriptions can be refunded on a case-by-case basis if you have not used the software or app to send your tax return. More information is available in the refund policy.
Do I have to renew each month or year?
Subscriptions renew automatically on the date of sign-up, monthly or annually. Card subscriptions try to charge the same card. PayPal uses a recurring payment profile.
