Once you&#8217;ve found the customer and time period you need, press the PDF button to generate the statement.<br \/>You can download the statement for use later, or use the Send button to email it with CalCal.<\/p>\n<p>When you press PDF or Send, CalCal will update the customer&#8217;s &#8220;Last Statement Date&#8221; so that next time, you&#8217;ll be able to send them a statement dating back to this date.<br \/>Of course, you can select any date range you like &#8211; just use the &#8220;Specify&#8221; option at the top.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sending a Statement<\/h3>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/calcal.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/statementSend.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-391\" width=\"301\" height=\"244\" srcset=\"https:\/\/calcal.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/statementSend.png 601w, https:\/\/calcal.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/07\/statementSend-300x243.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 301px) 100vw, 301px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>When you press the Send button, you&#8217;ll get a pop-up box that allows you to send an email to the customer with your statement attached.<br \/>You can add a personal note here, too.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger, iMessage?<\/h4>\n<p>Yes you can, easily&#8230; use our mobile app!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From the customers screen there are several ways to generate a customer&#8217;s statement.
