The basics of how to use CalCal: What it can do for you, and what you can put in it

Business Settings

The Business Details settings box contains most of the important information CalCal needs to know about your business. For example, when you make an invoice, you may want it to show your contact details. If you’re using CalCal’s VAT and self-assessment features, you’ll need to enter your business and personal tax numbers here.

Things to Avoid

Don’t make a customer called “Sales” or “Takings from minicab 1”, etc. A customer should be a real person or company – someone who can owe you money.
