Your CalCal profile, password and account settings

Some account settings live inside the CalCal app (business details, PIN, subscription). Others — your login password, email preferences, and membership billing on the website — are managed on calcal.uk through your profile page.

Opening your profile

  1. Open the main menu (drawer).
  2. Tap Profile (or Your Profile).
  3. On the website, you are taken to calcal.uk/your-profile.
  4. On mobile, your profile opens in a web view inside the app.

What you can change on calcal.uk

  • Password — use the password change option on your profile (not the PIN screen in the app)
  • Email address and contact preferences where shown
  • Membership / billing for plans managed on the website

Your CalCal PIN is separate from your website password. Change PIN from the menu → PIN option, or use Forgot PIN — see the PIN guide.

What you change in the app (Settings)

Business-specific settings stay in the app under Settings in the menu:

  • Business name, address, bank details for invoices
  • VAT registration and tax options
  • Expense and income categories (Budgets)
  • Export my data

Mobile number and security

Your verified mobile number is used for PIN recovery and account security. It is not edited in Settings after verification — update it during PIN setup or recovery flows, or contact support if the number on file is wrong and you cannot complete recovery.

Use Lost password on the calcal.uk login page — not Forgot PIN in the app.

I forgot my PIN

Use Forgot PIN? on the PIN screen after entering your username and password.

Subscription shows wrong on app vs website

Log out and back in. App Store billing is managed through Apple/Google; website plans through calcal.uk. See Subscriptions.

When to contact support

Contact support if you cannot access your profile, if email or password reset fails, or if your mobile number on file is wrong and PIN recovery does not work.
