You can cancel your CalCal membership yourself at any time. Cancelling stops any further renewals.
Membership bought on the CalCal website
- Log in at calcal.uk.
- Open Your Membership.
- Cancel your membership there.
The same page is where you manage and upgrade your membership.
Subscription bought in the CalCal mobile app
Subscriptions bought through the CalCal app on an iPhone, iPad or Android device are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel them in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
After you cancel
Your CalCal account becomes read-only. This applies to all memberships, including Tax Return Only.
Your card details
CalCal does not store your card. Card details are held only by our payment processor, Braintree (a PayPal company). Your card is charged only if you renew your subscription.
Help from support
Support can cancel your membership for you. Reply to your support ticket, or raise one, and we will help.
